This notice explains what happens to the information you give us on this page, and how cookies are used here. It applies to care.willowcarenorth.co.uk only. Our main website at www.willowcarenorth.co.uk may have its own notice.

What we collect when you ask for a call back
If you use the “Schedule a call” form we ask for:
- your name and phone number, so we can ring you;
- your postcode, so we can check you are in an area we cover;
- who the care is for and your preferred time to call, so the right person calls at a sensible time;
- anything else you choose to tell us in the free-text box.
Please only include health details in the free-text box if you are comfortable doing so. Anything you write there is treated as sensitive information and handled with extra care.
If you ring us instead of using the form, we simply note what you tell us during the call as part of our normal enquiry process.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use your details for one purpose: to call you back, answer your questions and, if you want, arrange a free home assessment. Our legal basis is legitimate interests, namely responding to an enquiry you have chosen to make. Where you share health information, we rely on your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to include it.
We will not add you to a marketing list or contact you about anything other than your enquiry.
How the form works and who sees your details
When you press “Schedule my callback”, the details are sent as an email to our enquiries inbox at enquiries@willowcarenorth.co.uk. They are not stored in a database on this website. The email is delivered by Resend, an email delivery service acting on our instructions, and the website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our processors and cannot use your details for their own purposes.
Your enquiry is read by our care coordination team. If you go on to receive care from us, the details become part of your care record, which is covered by the privacy information we give you at that point.
How long we keep it
If you do not go on to use our services, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of your last contact with us. If you become a client, your details are kept for as long as required by our care record retention policy and CQC regulations.
Cookies and advertising measurement
This page is promoted through online advertising. To understand whether those adverts work, we use Google Tag Manager to load two measurement tools:
- Google Ads conversion tracking, which tells Google when someone who clicked one of our Google adverts goes on to call us or send the form.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which does the same for adverts shown on Meta’s platforms.
These tools set cookies and may share a hashed identifier, the pages you visited and the actions you took with Google and Meta. They may combine that with information they hold about you to measure and improve adverts, including showing you adverts elsewhere. Their own notices explain this in detail: Google and Meta.
None of these cookies are set unless you agree. When you first visit we ask for your choice. If you reject, the tools stay switched off and the page works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time using in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

The website itself sets no other cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, which are not used to identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your enquiry, at any time and for any reason;
- stop using your details in a particular way.
To do any of these, email enquiries@willowcarenorth.co.uk or ring 01939 211774. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this page uses your information we will update this notice and the date at the top. Significant changes to cookies will trigger the consent banner again.
